Embodied Living: Awakening the Heart
The heart is protected by a strong bony structure which we often think of as immoveable - a rib “cage.” By exploring the rib structure’s natural potential for movement, we can let go of habitual holding patterns and enhance our whole-hearted participation in life.
We will use awareness practices, movement and meditation to integrate ribs, heart and whole self, developing a kinder, more vital relationship with ourselves as well as with others.
